1. License & Usage

Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, single-account license to use Zen Trader EA. You may not:

  • Share, resell, or distribute the EA
  • Reverse-engineer or modify the code
  • Use the EA on multiple accounts without written permission

Violation may result in license termination without refund.

2. Product Delivery

After successful payment, you will receive:

  • The .ex4 or .ex5 EA file
  • A license key (if applicable)
  • Setup instructions and documentation

Delivery is usually instant via email or account dashboard.

3. No Financial Guarantee

Forex trading involves risk. We do not guarantee profits or results. Past performance does not ensure future success.

We are not liable for any losses incurred while using our products.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds once the EA has been delivered, unless:

  • You never received access despite successful payment
  • The EA is proven defective and we cannot fix it

Test our EA with the free demo or trial version before purchasing a live license.

5. Updates & Support

Each purchase includes:

  • Lifetime updates (unless otherwise stated)
  • Basic email support

Support does not include account management or personal trading advice.

6. Account Binding

Licenses are bound to your MT4/MT5 account number. You can request one account change every 30 days via support.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend access to any user who:

  • Abuses support
  • Violates the license agreement
  • Attempts fraud or chargebacks
